Begin at the top of the panel and place one 4d nail through the panel and into the stud.
If the new stud is too short it will not support the plate and roof.

Repeat for each of the other corners.
Can i just take them out and get some one to brick up the gap with window in keeping with the exterior of the house.
If the new stud is too long it will push the top plate up and can affect the roof position.

Build a stud frame to fit to fill the aperture between the side wall studding as a loose piece or two pieces if too heavy to handle as a single piece then board what will be the back and then install securing to side wall studs and floor.
Insert a small segment to support the rest of the stud and then nail a new full length board alongside the existing one before lowering the wall back into place.
